Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.
For the past 23 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and couples work through some of life's most difficult challenges. My approach to counseling is respectful, straightforward, and, when appropriate, challenging. I believe meaningful change often requires looking honestly at ourselves and our relationships. At the same time, I recognize that sometimes what we need most is simply someone who will listen, understand, and offer support.
Over the past 15 years, much of my practice has focused on helping couples strengthen and rebuild their relationships, as well as supporting individuals through the pain and challenges of separation, divorce, or the end of a long-term relationship.
I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other personal challenges.
